Smart Skills for Smart Career" is a project dedicated to empowering the next generation of professionals. Implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the main activity of the project took place from May 11–18, 2026, in Mavrovo, North Macedonia. Recognizing the rapid evolution of the global workforce, the initiative focuses on equipping participants with a blend of advanced digital competencies, essential soft skills, and strategic career planning tools. Through interactive, non-formal learning methodologies, the project fosters intercultural collaboration and prepares young individuals to confidently navigate and lead in modern, technology-driven career landscapes.

Objectives of the project
To equip young people with practical experience in AI-powered job searching, online CV creation, and digital self-promotion through a structured 8-day exchange.
To empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds—specifically rural residents, Roma youth, and migrants—by providing them with digital and employability skills to overcome social exclusion and geographic isolation
To strengthen the ability of the six partner organizations to utilize AI tools for promoting youth employment and social inclusion both during and after the project's lifespan.
To foster collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking among participants, helping them navigate European employment ecosystems and establish supportive peer networks.
